8 January 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by
Deep Value Driller AS ("DVD" or the "Company") on 10 June 2022 regarding the
subscription by board member Glen Ole Rødland, acting through Corona Maritime
AS, for 300,000 warrants (the "Warrants"), each giving a right to one new share
in the Company, on the terms resolved by the general meeting held on 8 June
2022.

The Company and Glen Ole Rødland, acting through Corona Maritime AS, have today
agreed to terminate the Warrants and that the Company shall sell 300,000
treasury shares to Mr. Rødland at a price per share of NOK 3.60 (the "Purchase
Price"), which is equal to the exercise price of the Warrants, adjusted as set
out below. Mr. Rødland, including closely associated companies, holds no further
warrants in DVD.

The Purchase Price has been calculated in accordance with the terms as set out
in the warrant agreement entered into with DVD in 2022, being the original
exercise price for each Warrant of NOK 12.50 adjusted for the total amount of
dividends paid by DVD in the period from June 2022 to 8 January 2026 (in
aggregate NOK 8.90 per share).
