Sparebanken Norge: Successful issuance of NOK AT1 bonds

Sparebanken Norge has today successfully issued a new NOK 400 million AT1
capital bond issue with a coupon of 3 months NIBOR + 2.20% p.a. Settlement date
is January 15th 2026, and ISIN is NO0013710996.

The bond issue has a first call option for the issuer on April 15th 2031,
subject to approval from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, if
required. The new issue has been approved by the bank's General Meeting. The
bond issue will be applied for listing on Nordic ABM.

Danske Bank, DNB Carnegie and Norne Securities acted as Joint Lead Managers.
