Hynion AS is placed in Recovery Box

With reference to the announcement from Hynion AS on 07.01.2026, Euronext Oslo
Børs has decided to place the company in Recovery Box.

Recovery Box is a special compartment where Euronext Oslo Børs can place
securities when the Issuer is subject to circumstances that make pricing of the
securities particularly uncertain. Recovery Box is regulated in section 2.9.2 of
Euronext Oslo Børs Rule Book II. The relevant security will remain in the
Recovery Box until the circumstances for the allocation to the Recovery Box are
no longer present.
