Sparebanken Norge: Contemplating issuance of NOK AT1 bonds

Sparebanken Norge (Rated Aa3/Stable by Moody`s) has mandated Danske Bank, DNB
Carnegie and Norne Securities as Joint Lead Managers for a potential issuance of
NOK AT1 bonds.

The AT1 bonds will have a floating rate and a first call option for the issuer
minimum 5 years after the issue date, subject to approval by the Financial
Supervisory Authority of Norway, if required. The timing of the transaction is
subject to market conditions.
