Interoil Exploration and Production ASA (“Interoil” or the “Company”) announces
that it has updated its financial reporting calendar as part of an ongoing
initiative to streamline administrative processes and reduce corporate overhead.

As part of these efficiency measures, the Company will revise its reporting
frequency. Interoil will transition from quarterly financial reporting to
issuing two half-yearly reports per year, in addition to the annual report.


This information is published pursuant to the requirements set out in the
Continuing obligations.
