Ocean GeoLoop mourns the passing of CFO Maria Hosen

(Verdal, 5 January 2026) Ocean GeoLoop has with deep sorrow received the news
that its Chief Financial Officer, Maria Hosen, passed away this weekend
following a sudden medical episode.

Maria Hosen was a highly respected and trusted colleague who made significant
contributions to Ocean GeoLoop over many years. She was greatly valued within
the organization and by the company’s partners and stakeholders.

“Our thoughts are with Maria’s family and loved ones at this difficult time.
Maria was a highly regarded and dedicated colleague, and she will be deeply
