Sale of Gjensidige's Baltic operations completed

Reference is made to the stock exchange release dated 25 July 2024 regarding
Gjensidige Forsikring ASA's agreement to sell its subsidiary ADB Gjensidige
(Gjensidige's operations in the Baltics) to ERGO International AG, managing ERGO
Group's international business portfolio. The transaction has now been
completed.
Gjensidige has received proceeds of approximately EUR 99 million from the sale
of ADB Gjensidige, based on estimated equity for ADB Gjensidige as at 31
December 2025. This will have a positive impact on the Group's solvency ratio in
the first quarter of 2026 by approximately 5 percentage points, based on the
approved partial internal model as of 30 September 2025.
