ABG Sundal Collier ASA (ABGSC) refers to the stock exchange announcement
published on 9 December 2025 regarding the acquisition of FIH Partners.

ABGSC is pleased to announce that the acquisition of FIH Partners has now closed
and been fully completed in accordance with the terms set out in the original
announcement.

As previously communicated, the combined Danish investment banking business will
operate under the ABG Sundal Collier brand from FIH Partners’ current
headquarters in Copenhagen.
