SmartCraft ASA (SMCRT) - Mandatory notification of trade from primary insiders

30 December 2025 - Ståle Risa, board member of SmartCraft ASA, has through his
fully owned company EBIZ AS bought on 30 December 2025 8 000 shares in
SmartCraft ASA at a price of NOK 24.5000. After the transaction, EBIZ AS holds 8
000 shares in SmartCraft ASA.
