Nominated for construction of Knarvik wastewater treatment plant

Åsane Byggmesterforretning, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has been nominated by
Alver Municipality as the general contractor of the Knarvik wastewater treatment
plant. The contract is valued at NOK 166 million excluding VAT and will be
carried out as a general contract.

Alver Municipality in Vestland County is establishing a new treatment plant for
processing wastewater from Knarvik and surrounding areas. The facility will be
located at Kvassneset in Knarvik, close to Kvassnesstemma and the surrounding
recreational area. The contract includes the construction of the wastewater
treatment plant with a staff building, as well as construction works for a
wastewater pumping station and an access road to it.

Construction is scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2026, with a total
construction period of 24 months from contract signing.
