Morrow Bank ASA: Information regarding the last day of trading on Oslo Børs – 30 December 2025

As announced on 29 April 2025, the Board of Directors of Morrow Bank ASA
resolved to implement a cross-border merger as part of the planned relisting of
its shares on Nasdaq Stockholm Main Market (the “Relisting”). Morrow Bank ASA’s
General Assembly approved the merger plan on 4 June 2025, as previously
announced. The cross-border merger is expected to be completed after the close
of trading on Oslo Børs on 30 December 2025. Following completion, shareholders
of Morrow Bank ASA will have their shares exchanged on a one-for-one basis for
shares in Morrow Bank AB. Trading in Morrow Bank AB shares on Nasdaq Stockholm
is expected to commence on 9 January 2026.
