Ekornes QM Holding AS - Notice of exercise of call option

Ekornes QM Holding AS today notified Nordic Trustee AS of the exercise of its
call option for the outstanding bonds in the bond issue "Ekornes QM Holding AS
FRN Senior Secured NOK 1,200,000,000 Callable Bond Issue 2023/2026" (EKO02/ISIN:
ISIN NO0012855537) with original maturity date 10 September 2026, and each
Bondholder is hereby given notice thereof. The call option notice is attached
hereto.

The outstanding bonds will be called at 102.82 per cent of the Nominal Amount
(plus accrued and unpaid interest on the redeemed amount), with call option
repayment date 16 January 2026.
