Aker Horizons ASA: Update on Management

Lysaker, 29 December, 2025 - Reference is made to the previous announcement by
Aker Horizons ASA ("Aker Horizons") on 1 October, 2025 regarding the departure
of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Lars Peder Sørvaag Sperre at year-end.
Kristoffer Dahlberg, currently Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will also assume
the role as General Manager of Aker Horizons, in addition to his role as CFO,
from the same date and until the end of March 2026, after which he will conclude
his tenure with Aker Horizons.

This interim period ensures continuity of management while the Board of
Directors completes its ongoing strategic review. The Board will provide an
update to the market upon conclusion of the review.
