Hunter Group ASA - PDMR notification

Oslo, 23 December 2025

Sagittarius Capital Ltd., a close associate of Erik Andreas Frydendal, CEO and
PDMR of Hunter Group ASA, (the "Company"), has today bought 122,696 shares in
the Company at an average price of NOK 1.75 per share.  After the transaction
Erik Andreas Frydedal and close associates owns 1,675, 269 shares in the
Company.

This notification has been publicly disclosed in accordance with Article 19 of
the Market Abuse Regulation section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading
Act.
