HENT, a company within the Sentia Group, enters into an agreement for the construction of a new data center facility in the Narvik region

Reference is made to announcement dated November 25, 2025 regarding an initial
agreement for the construction of a new data center facility in the Narvik
region in Norway.

HENT has now entered into an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC)
contract with Aker Nscale for the construction of a new data center with a
capacity of 25 MW in Kvandal, outside Narvik. The agreement includes delivery
of the building and infrastructure related to the project.

- Data centers are a growing and strategically important industry, and we are
proud to be chosen to realize one of the most exciting industrial projects in
Northern Norway," says Jan Jahren, CEO of Sentia.

The project now being realized is part of the Kvandal Nord site. The area has
been developed by Aker Nscale as a strategic industrial cluster for
power-intensive industries, and the data center is one of the first major
industrial projects to be realized here.

Work has already started and will be completed in 2026.
