respect of the issue of 14,714,538 new shares in its capital, attached please
find the notification form regarding the transaction conducted by Circular
Plastics Coöperatief U.A., a close associate of Mr. Jan Willem Muller, a
supervisory board member of Pryme N.V., and the notification form regarding the
transaction conducted by Taranis Operations Limited, a close associate of Mr.
Emmanuel Colombel, a supervisory board member of Pryme N.V.
