Fertiberia Corporate, S.L.U.: confirmation of termination of the Power2Earth project following prior communications.

Reference is made to the previous update on the Power2Earh project in Luleå in
the interim report published on 31 October 2025 where Fertiberia Corporate,
S.L.U. (the "Company") informed that the project would not proceed in its
envisaged form and that the partners were evaluating alternative options. The
partners have finally concluded to permanently terminate the Project, as the
circumstances that led to its suspension remain unchanged.
