Saga Pure ASA - Major shareholding notification and mandatory notification of trade

Tycoon Industrier AS has today acquired 10,000,000 shares in Saga Pure ASA
(SAGA) (the "Company"). After the transaction Tycoon Industrier AS owns
141,210,055 shares in the Company (corresponding to 20.924% of the shares and
voting rights), crossing above the 20% threshold. Tycoon Industrier AS is
associated to CEO Espen Lundaas pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation. PDMR
notification form attached.

Ferncliff Property AS and Tycoon Industrier AS, aggregated, own 241,210,055
shares in the Company (corresponding to 35.741% of the shares and voting
rights), not crossing any notifiable threshold. Tycoon Industrier AS is 100%
owned by Ferncliff TIH AS, which again is 100% owned by Ferncliff Holding AS.
Ferncliff TIH AS owns 100% of Ferncliff Property AS.
