BIO-UV Group, a specialist in water treatment and disinfection using ultraviolet light, salt electrolysis, ozone and AOP, confirms the appointment of Pierric Bryon as the Group’s Chief Financial Officer. Having joined the company at the end of September in a transition management role, Pierric Bryon has demonstrated over the past three months his ability to sustainably develop BIO-UV Group’s financial strategy as part of the executive team.
With more than 20 years of experience in administrative and financial management, Pierric Bryon has built his expertise across a variety of sectors, including audit, hospitality, real estate and renewable energy. Previously serving as Chief Financial Officer at Arkolia, Pierric oversaw more than 100 entities and managed accounting, management control, treasury, and a team of 10 people. He also held financial leadership positions at Appart’City and Groupe Pierre & Vacances, following his career start in audit at EY.
Within BIO-UV Group, Pierric Bryon reports to the CEO and will be responsible for leading the finance, purchasing and IT functions, with the objectives of optimizing processes and increasing the Group’s overall efficiency. He will join the current Executive Committee composed of Jean-Philippe Picard de Muller, Xavier Bayle, Gilles Wallez and Laurent-Emmanuel Migeon, CEO of BIO-UV Group, who emphasizes the importance of this new appointment:
“During his first three months with us as Chief Financial Officer, Pierric has shown that he can not only drive strategic projects but also support teams in implementing indicators and decision-support tools. In addition to the standard responsibilities of his role, his objectives for 2026 will include structuring management control and digitizing our processes. His arrival strengthens and expands our expertise and enhances the efficiency of our management team as we seize growth opportunities in the expanding water treatment sector.”
