Bulk Industrial Real Estate Announces Sale of Property Portfolio to KLP Eiendom

Bulk Industrial Real Estate, a subsidiary of Bulk Infrastructure Group, has
entered into an agreement with KLP Eiendom for the sale of a substantial
property portfolio. The transaction value amounts to NOK 3.95 billion, which
makes it the largest single transaction completed in the Norwegian logistics
market. The transaction releases capital that will be used to support further
development of the Group’s land bank and other growth initiatives.

Reference is made to stock exchange release on 2 September 2025 announcing that
Bulk Industrial Real Estate was considering the sale of a significant portfolio
of its fully developed income-producing industrial real estate assets under its
management. A structured process was initiated to assess potential transactions.
Interest has been significant, both from domestic and international investors.

The property portfolio being sold comprises 14 developed, income-generating
industrial properties in the Oslo area. The majority of the portfolio consists
of assets designed and constructed in accordance with Bulk’s market-leading
principles of flexibility, efficiency and sustainability, but it also includes
assets that have been acquired and optimised through the company’s active asset
management. The formal transfer date has been set for 2 February 2026, subject
to approval by the Norwegian Competition Authority.
