Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements published by Barramundi
Group Ltd. (the “Company”) on 3 December 2025 and 19 December 2025 regarding the
Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM“) and Minutes to the AGM respectively.

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Tan Chin Hwee as a
non-executive director with effect from 18 December 2025.
