OLT – Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA – Approval of extension of acceptance period

Finanstilsynet, in capacity as takeover supervisory authority, has approved an
amendment to the following offer set out in the offer document dated 3 December
2025 in respect of:

Voluntary offer to acquire the shares in Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA made by
Thon Gruppen AS.

The amendment relates to extension of the acceptance period.

Acceptance period, as extended: to 5 January 2026 at 16:30 hours (CET) (subject
to extension).
