Instabank ASA sells non-performing loans in Finland and Norway
18 Dec 2025 09:33 CET
Issuer
Instabank ASA
Instabank has entered into an agreement to sell a significant portion of the
bank’s non-performing unsecured loans (NPL) in Finland and Norway, representing
a total gross booked value of approximately 287 million NOK. As a result of the
transaction, Instabank’s total NPL ratio will decrease from 8.9 % to 5.8 % based
on the situation at the end of Q3-2025.
The transaction will improve capital ratios, substantially reduce NPL exposure,
and confirm the valuation of impaired loans, as it is operating profit-positive.
The transaction will be closed before the end of 2025.
