Changes To Board Composition

Oslo, 18 December 2025 – Norwegian Block Exchange AS (NBX) announces that Undine
Bude has withdrawn from the company's Board of Directors.

Ms. Bude's departure follows NBX's recent announcement on 8 December 2025 to
pursue an independent path to obtaining a banking license, withdrawing from
partnership discussions with Globitex Holding.

NBX thanks Ms. Bude for her contributions during her tenure on the Board and
wishes her continued success.
The Board will continue with its current composition as NBX advances its
strategic objectives in the digital asset banking sector.
