Publication of the 2025 Universal Registration Document

Aramis Group announces the publication of its 2025 Universal Registration Document (Document d’enregistrement universel 2025) for the year ended September 30, 2025. This document was filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des marchés financiers) on December 18, 2025, under number D.25-0778.

The 2025 Universal Registration Document notably includes:

the Annual Financial Report;
the Report of the Board of Directors on Corporate Governance;
the Sustainability Report (Rapport de Durabilité);
the Statutory Auditors’ reports and information relating to their fees;
the certification report on sustainability information ;
the description of the share buy-back program.

The 2025 Universal Registration Document is available on the Group's website (www.aramis.group) under the Investors section, as well as on the French Financial Markets Authority’s website (www.amf-france.org).
