Kristiansand, 17 December 2025: Reference is made to Euronext Oslo Børs'
decision on 27 November 2025 to admit Sea1 Offshore Inc. (“Sea1” or the
“Company”) to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo through a transfer from Euronext
Oslo Børs (the "Admission"), as well as the Company's stock exchange notice on
12 December 2025 with minutes from the extraordinary general meeting approving
the amendment of the Company's articles of association. All conditions for the
Admission have now been fulfilled.

The attached information document has been prepared by Sea1 solely for the use
in connection with admission to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo and will also be
made available at the Company's website www.sea1offshore.com.

The first day of trading in the Company's shares on Euronext Growth Oslo will be
to tomorrow, on 18 December 2025, under the ticker "SEA1". The last day of
trading in the Company's shares on Euronext Oslo Børs is accordingly today, 17
December 2025.
