SBNOR – Savings program for employees

Reference is made to stock exchange announcements on 25 June 2025, 21 August
2025 and 12 September 2025 regarding subscription of equity certificates in
Sparebanken Norge's savings program for employees. In December 2025, employees
of the former Oslofjord Sparebank and Sørmegleren AS were allowed to subscribe
to the employee program on similar discount terms as in the scheme implemented
in the third quarter of 2025.

Sparebanken Norge has now transferred 27,892 equity certificates from its own
holdings to the employees in accordance with subscriptions in the savings
program.

Sparebanken Norge holds 54,443 equity certificates after this transfer of equity
capital certificates.
