SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge: Acquisition of own Equity Certificates for employees

SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge has today acquired its own equity certificates (ticker:
NONG) for employees participating in share savings programme.

The equity certificates were purchased on Oslo Børs at a price of NOK 148,00 and
will be allocated to employees at the same price.

The transaction includes allocations of NONG to the following persons with
managerial responsibilities in SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge:

Trude Glad (61 NONG), Hanne Karoline Kræmer (60 NONG), Stein Vidar Loftås (60
NONG) and May Britt Nilsen (60 NONG)

Please see the attached notifications for persons with managerial
responsibilities in SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge, in accordance with Regulation (EU)
No 596/2014 (MAR), Article 19.
