NRC Group ASA - Appointed to a design and build contract for energy segment in Finland - EUR 8.3 million

OX2 has appointed NRC Group Finland, a company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, to
a design and build contract with civil and substation works for a wind farm in
Kauhava, Finland.

The contract is valued at approximately EUR 8.3 million, and the work will
commence immediately and is scheduled for completion in December 2027.
