Kongsberg Automotive presents long-term EBIT target following strategy review at Capital Markets Day

Kongsberg, December 16, 2025: Kongsberg Automotive ASA (KA) has conducted a
review of its strategy and presents an updated long-term target at its Capital
Markets Day (CMD) today. The company has set a long-term EBIT target of 6.5%,
based on the current revenue level and identified improvement initiatives.

The company has implemented significant organizational and leadership changes to
strengthen execution, reduce overhead, and improve cost efficiency. Cost
reduction programs delivering annual savings of EUR 42 million are being
implemented, and additional measures are underway to align the cost base with
market conditions.

KA is investing in innovation and growth, with a clear ambition to be a leading
player in its core areas. At the CMD, KA presents three of the key product lines
that will provide profitability and growth in the future:  Actuators for
commercial vehicles, Steer-by-Wire for passenger cars and Air Couplings for
commercial vehicles.

The company will continue to focus on rebuilding the KA culture, drive cost and
operational performance and accelerate innovation and growth.

CMD will start at 09:30 CET today, December 16, 2025. A recording of the event
