Annika Ekström has been appointed new Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Annika Ekström has been appointed as new Chief Operating Officer (COO) in
Public Property Invest ASA ("PPI") and she will become an important part of
the management team in PPI going forward. She has served as Property Director
and Deputy CEO of Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) ("SBB") since
2019 and has been a significant contributor in the development of the
management organisation and property portfolio in SBB.

contribute to develop the company further in the years to come. I know the
portfolio to be acquired from SBB very well and I look forward to continuing
serving our important community service customers without any interruption"
says Annika Ekström.

Prior to joining SBB, Annika Ekström has vast experience from various
managerial position within property management in Hemfosa Fastigheter AB and
Aberdeen Asset Management. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering from
Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan in Stockholm.
