Vend Marketplaces ASA ("Vend") today publishes a pre-silent newsletter as a
service for investors and analysts preparing for the Q4 2025 report. The report
will be published on 5 February 2026.

In addition, the newsletter includes information about volume trends for Vend's
verticals for October-November 2025.
