Maarten Edixhoven reappointed as Chair of the Management Board of Van Lanschot Kempen

The Supervisory Board of Van Lanschot Kempen intends to reappoint Maarten Edixhoven as Chair of the Management Board. The General Meeting to be held on 21 May 2026 will be notified of his intended reappointment.

Frans Blom, Chair of the Supervisory Board, said: “We are delighted that Maarten is willing to serve a second term. Over the past four years, under his leadership, Van Lanschot Kempen has taken significant steps to further strengthen its unique profile: an independent, specialist wealth manager with a clear growth strategy, focused on the long term. Throughout, he has remained close to both clients and colleagues. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with Maarten over the next four years.” 

Maarten Edixhoven added: “I am grateful for the trust placed in me and will continue with full energy. Maarten Edixhoven was appointed Chair of the Management Board on 1 October 2021. The Dutch Central Bank has approved his reappointment and the Van Lanschot Kempen works council has issued positive advice.
