Saga Pure ASA - Major shareholding notifications

Oslo, 12 December 2025

Øystein Stray Spetalen has today acquired 10 million shares in Saga Pure ASA
(SAGA) (the "Company"). After the transaction Øystein Stray Spetalen owns
110,620,357 shares in the Company (corresponding to 16.4 % of the shares and
voting rights), crossing above the 15 % threshold.

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 and 5-12 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
