MPCES holds General Meeting; shareholders approve sale of projects

Amsterdam – 12 December 2025 – An Extraordinary General Meeting of MPC Energy
Solutions N.V. (the “Company”) was held today at 11:00 a.m. CET in Amsterdam.

The General Meeting adopted all valid resolutions on the agenda, including the
sale of projects in Guatemala and El Salvador. Please refer to the attached
minutes of the meeting for details. The minutes of the meeting as well as a
