The Board of Directors intends to propose a dividend of NOK 1 (NOK 0.25 per quarter) to the Annual General Meeting in 2026

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Public Property
Invest ASA ("PPI" or the "Company") on 11 November 2025 regarding the
acquisition of a large social infrastructure portfolio. After closing of this
transaction, the Company will grow significantly in size and have a
significantly different capital structure.
On this background, the Board of PPI has today determined to signal that it
intends to propose to the AGM in 2026 to distribute a dividend of a total of
NOK 1 per share. The dividend will be split into quarterly installments of
which NOK 0.25 per share is proposed to be paid out in July and October 2026
and in January and April 2027. The proposal is in line with the communicated
dividend policy of paying out up to 60% of Cash Earnings.
The dividend proposal represents an increase of 100% since the dividend
determined by the AGM in 2025 of NOK 0.5 per share, with quarterly
installments of 0.10. per share in July and October 2025 and 0.15 per share in
January and April 2026.
A stock exchange release outlining Key Information related to the proposed
dividend will be published separately as soon as possible.
