Aker ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

December 12, 2025 -- Aker Solutions ASA (AKSO), a legal person closely
associated with Kjell Inge Røkke, primary insider and chair of the board in
Aker ASA, has today sold 1,435 shares in Aker ASA at a price of NOK 746.0718
per share. Following the transaction, AKSO holds no shares in Aker ASA.
