Xplora Technologies AS: Delisting of Doro AB

Oslo, 11 December 2025 - Reference is made to the announcement by Xplora
Technologies AS ("Xplora") on 26 November 2025 regarding the increased
shareholding in Doro AB ("Doro"). Following completion of the share purchases,
Xplora holds a total of 21,945,751 shares in Doro resulting in an ownership
and outstanding voting rights of 90.01%.

The board of directors of Doro has subsequently applied for delisting of
Doro's shares on Nasdaq Stockholm, Small Cap ("Nasdaq"). Nasdaq has approved
the application and confirmed that the last day of trade of Doro's shares will
be 17 December 2025.
