Treasure ASA – Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Treasure ASA from trading
on Euronext Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Rulebook II section 2.10.2 (2), Euronext Oslo
Børs has on 11 December 2025 made the following resolution: “The shares in
Treasure ASA will be delisted from Euronext Oslo Børs as of 15 December 2025.
The last day of trading will be 12 December 2025.”
