Nominated for framework agreement - Strategic EBA advisory services (R01831)

Multiconsult Norge AS has been nominated as the A-level supplier for the
framework agreement R01831 - Strategic EBA advisory services by the Norwegian
Defence Estates Agency (NDEA) (Forsvarsbygg). The total estimated value of the
framework agreement for all suppliers is NOK 275 million excluding VAT.

The agreement is awarded to three suppliers and will be executed under a
waterfall call-off model, in which assignments are allocated according to a
predefined ranking. As the A-level supplier, Multiconsult will be the primary
provider under the framework.

The framework agreement is intended to support Forsvarsbygg in its need for
strategic advisory services related to property, buildings and infrastructure
(EBA) within the Norwegian defence sector. Services will be delivered at
locations throughout Norway and will contribute to ensuring cost-effective and
sustainable EBA solutions for the Norwegian Armed Forces.

The contract period is 2 years, with an optional extension of up to 1+1+1 years
(until 2030).

Multiconsult's nomination as the A-level supplier reinforces the company's
position as a leading provider of multidisciplinary consultancy services to the
Norwegian Defence Estates Agency and builds on the company's existing portfolio
of framework agreements with NDEA.

The nomination is subject to a standstill period (NO: karenstid), which expires
on 22 December 2025.
