Employee share purchase program

Zalaris ASA has on 11 December completed the annual share purchase program for
employees. As part of the program, Zalaris will sell 10,502 own shares to
employees at an average subscription price of NOK 84.52 per share. The
subscription price was based on the volume-weighted average share price in the
period between 17 – 24 November 2025, less 15% or 20% discount (depending on the
country of residence). To receive the discount the shares have a 24 months
lock-up period. The shares will be transferred in early January, 2026.
Hans-Petter Mellerud, CEO and primary insider of Zalaris has bought 177 shares
under the program.
