Airthings ASA – Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Airthings ASA from
trading on Euronext Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Rule Book II, section 2.10.2 (2),
Euronext Oslo Børs has on 11 December 2025 made the following resolution:

“The shares of Airthings ASA will be delisted from Euronext Oslo Børs as of 12
February 2026. The last day of trading will be 11 February 2026.”
