Acquisition of social infrastructure portfolio from SBB approved by SBB's general meeting and remaining condition for proceeding to closing fulfilled

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Public Property
Invest ASA ("PPI" or the "Company") on 9 December 2025, regarding the
Company's extraordinary general meeting, and the general meeting's approval of
the Company's acquisition of a social infrastructure portfolio from
Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) ("Transaction"), and the other
matters on the agenda.

The extraordinary general meeting of Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB
(publ) to approve the Transaction was held today, 11 December 2025, and all
required resolutions were made. For further information, please see the stock
exchange announcement published by Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ)
in relation to the extraordinary general meeting.

Save for such conditions to be fulfilled at closing, all conditions for
closing have now been fulfilled, and the Transaction is expected to be
completed on or about 16 December 2025.
