Issuer
Santander Consumer Bank AS
Santander Consumer Bank AS will distribute NOK 1.5 billion in extraordinary
dividend during December 2025. The dividend distribution has been approved by
the Board of Directors, based on power of attorney from the General meeting, and
subject to approval from Norwegian FSA (Finanstilsynet). The approval was
granted from the Norwegian FSA on Friday 5th of December.
The purpose with the extraordinary dividend distribution is to reduce excess
capital due to lower capital requirements. The Bank will have a strong capital
position with sufficient buffer above capital requirements also after the
distribution of the extraordinary dividend.
