New lease contract in Anton Jenssens gate 3 in Tønsberg

PPI has signed a new lease agreement with The Norwegian Correctional Service
(Kriminalomsorgen) for 2,250 sqm in Anton Jenssens gate 3 in Tønsberg. The
lease contract has a duration of 15 years, starting from Q2 2026. The property
which today is empty will then be fully let to The Norwegian Correctional
Service .

"We are already one of the largest owner of premises for the judicial system
in Norway. This new lease agreement with the Norwegian Correctional Service
further strengthens our position in Norway and we look forward to contributing
to address the great needs that also the Swedish Prison and Probation Service
