Kongsberg, December 8, 2025: Olav Volldal, Chair of the Board of Directors and
primary insider of Kongsberg Automotive ASA, has today purchased 150,000 shares
at an average price of NOK 2,10 per share. After this transaction, Olav Volldal
owns 550,000 shares by himself and through his company Volldal Invest AS in
Kongsberg Automotive ASA.


This information was disclosed in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market
