Energy Holdings Plc Major shareholding notification

Nicosia, Cyprus - December 8, 202 - The Board of Directors of Energy Ventures
IV LP (the "Fund") has resolved to make a distribution in kind to certain of
the investors of the Fund. In connection with this resolution, the Fund has
distributed a total of 27,062,623 ordinary shares in SED Energy Holdings Plc
(the "Company"). As a result of the distribution, the Fund will cross below
the notifiable 10-% threshold pursuant to Section 4-2 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.

Following the distribution, the Fund holds a total of 56,094,444 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing 9.08% of the issued ordinary shares and
voting rights in the Company. Taking into account the B-Shares in the Company,
the Fund's holding of ordinary shares in the Company will represent 7.73% of
all issued shares in the Company and 9.08% of the voting rights in the
Company.
