Reference is made to the stock exchange notices published by CodeLab Capital AS
(the "Company")
on 31 October and 24 october regarding the Company's acquisition of 50.06% of
Cloudya AS. The purchase price was to be settled through a share capital
increase in the Company, through offsetting the sellers' claim for payment
against the subscription amount in the share capital increase. The
aforementioned share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian
Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK
35,698,974.81 divided on 14,454,915 shares, each with a par value of NOK
2.469677256.
