Mandatory notification of trade by Primary Insiders

Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "The Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP) has been
notified that Helge Hoff Hansen, Chief Operating Officer and primary insider in
Pexip today, 5 December 2025, has purchased 1,000 shares in Pexip for an average
price of NOK 70.5 per share.

After the transaction, Hansen will hold 15,318 shares and rights to 180,000
shares.
