Major shareholder notification - EQVA ASA

Apollo Asset Limited (“Apollo”) has today 05.12.2025 bought 4.300.000 shares in
EQVA ASA (“Eqva” or the “Company”). Apollo has herby crossed the 5% ownership
mark and owns 4.300.000 shares in total in the company, which is equivalent to
5,17% of the outstanding shares.

This notification is made public pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
